How fastusaesta collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use our application-assistance service.

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Information we collect

We collect the details you enter into the application, including identity, passport, travel, residence, eligibility, contact, and payment-status information. After payment, this also includes the passport image you upload. Stripe receives and processes payment card details; fastusaesta does not store full card numbers.

We also receive basic technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as device, browser, approximate network location, and activity logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide the application-assistance service, review answers for completeness, communicate progress, process payment, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

When information is shared

Information may be shared with service providers that support payment, secure hosting, communications, fraud prevention, and the requested travel-authorization workflow. We require providers to use information only for the services they perform. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

Application records and uploaded images are kept only as long as needed to deliver the service, resolve disputes, meet payment and legal obligations, and maintain required business records. Sensitive application fields and uploaded images are encrypted at rest, held outside the public website, and removed automatically according to the configured retention period. We use encrypted transport, access controls, and limited administrative access. No security method can guarantee absolute protection.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

To make a request, email contact@fastusaesta.com. We may verify your identity before responding.

International processing and children

Information may be processed in countries with different privacy laws. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used. The service is not directed to children under 18, and applications for minors must be handled by an authorized parent or guardian.

Contact and policy changes
