The service

fastusaesta provides independent administrative assistance for travelers completing ESTA applications. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and are not part of or endorsed by the U.S. government. You may apply directly through the official government website without our assistance fee.

Your responsibilities

You must provide complete and accurate information, review every answer before payment, maintain a valid passport, and independently confirm travel and eligibility requirements. You authorize us to use the information you provide to perform the requested service.

Fees and payment

The complete one-time total is shown before payment. Payment is processed by Stripe, and there is no recurring subscription.

No guarantee of approval or entry

Approval decisions are made solely by U.S. authorities. We cannot guarantee approval, processing time, boarding, or admission into the United States. U.S. Customs and Border Protection makes the final entry decision.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, submit false information, interfere with security, access another applicant’s record, or reproduce or exploit the service without permission.

Liability and availability

We work to provide an accurate and available service, but travel rules, third-party services, and government systems may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
